You may return your goods only if the product received is faulty. The item must be returned in the original condition, unwashed and uncut. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will advise you what you need to do to return the item an the item and we’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will endeavour to send out to you within 48hrs of the order being received by us. If there is a problem with your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email before sending your order. ( e.g. fabric qty short, or waiting on stock to arrive. etc.)
Shipping is FREE within Australia. For overseas destinations there will be a postage charge.
